Whether you’re a complete newcomer/beginner to air rifle target shooting or you want to be a HFT/FT Super Star. Perhaps you simply wish to enjoy a morning shooting air rifles or air pistols in a safe, friendly atmosphere, Kinver Air Rifle Club is just the place for you.

It’s a target sport and doesn’t involve the shooting of any wildlife. As a shooting sport, air rifle field target shooting is the quietest and causes little pollution to the environment.

The targets are metal silhouettes which fall over when a circle is hit in the correct area, and are re-set by pulling a cord from the firing position. The hit zone which causes the target to fall is 40mm or less in diameter. We have a plinking range in more of an open air setting, with a variety of other types of targets and distance targets in order to set up and test your gun.

Set in a small beautiful woodland close to picturesque Kinver Edge we offer an environment where you can shoot safely in a relaxed atmosphere, with more experienced members on hand to give FREE help and advice.
Field Target shooting is a safe and challenging outdoor sport, which can be enjoyed by all the family. We welcome everyone including children and ladies of all ages.
